the apartment
The apartment is situated at the southern
end of Kaiteriteri Beach near Motueka and the Abel Tasman
in the Nelson region of New Zealand.
To fully appreciate the Kaiteri area we
encourage you to stay more than just a couple of days.

Kaiteriteri beachfront apartments
are fully furnished with modern, stylish furniture,
and decorated with an international range of paintings

Open plan living area, with
modern kitchen, and lounge opening out onto a deck
overlooking the beach

Master bedroom has an ensuite
with a toilet, and there is an additional separate toilet
and separate wash / shower room.

All three bedrooms have queen
sized beds and one bedroom has an additional single
bed. Another single bed can be added if required

Laundry facilities, with clothes
drier are included

All the usual crockery, cutlery,
bed linen is provided aswell as BBQ and outside furniture

Heated floor tiles in the
service areas

Lock up garage is provided
which will house a car, or a normal powerboat
of up to 5.5 metres (high cabin cruiser type boats
will not fit through the door and will need to be
left at the boat park)
- There is a speed limit in the bay for
boats and water skiing from the other end of the beach.
The power boat launching ramp is also at the other end of
the beach.
